Privacy Notice

TraderMind Solutions collects personal data provided by our (payment method) such as name, email address, and payment information. This information is used solely to: schedule and conduct coaching sessions, provide relevant support and communication, and process payments via PayPal. Session notes are kept for the purpose of tracking client progress and improving service quality. These notes are considered the property of TraderMind Solutions and are treated as confidential. We may share general insights, patterns, or anonymized experiences for training, supervision, or business development purposes, but we will never share personally identifiable information without your explicit written consent. This information is securely stored using Google Workspace which is protected via two factor authentication and encryption. TraderMind Solutions does not sell or share your personal information. All data collected is confidential and used only for the services requested. All payments are processed through PayPal, we do not collect or store your financial account numbers or credit card details. You may request access to our data or ask us to delete any information at any time by emailing us TraderMindSolutions@gmail.com. We may update this policy occasionally. Continued use of our services constitutes agreement to the latest version.

Use of services provided by TraderMind Solutions is solely to be used by the individual purchasing the service and is not to be shared, distributed or used on others behalf. All content, materials and intellectual property- including but not limited to our name, logo, coaching materials, and session content- are the exclusive property of TraderMind Solutions and may not be reproduced or used without prior written consent. We reserve the right to decline service to any individual or entity at our sole discretion. TraderMind Solutions may terminate access to services or ongoing sessions at any time, with or without cause. In such cases, refunds will only be issued at our discretion unless otherwise stated in advance.

By agreeing to these Terms, you agree not to publicly or privately defame, disparage, or make any negative statements about TraderMind Solutions, its team members, services, or affiliated partners. This includes on social media, review platforms, or any public forum. Constructive feedback is always welcome and should be directed to us privately.

Canceling/Rescheduling

All sessions require at least 24 hours notice for rescheduling or cancellation. Missed sessions or cancellations made within 24 hours may be forfeited and are non-refundable unless otherwise approved in writing. Cancellations are to be made via email or (our schedule provider if they offer it)

Refunds

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee for the first session only, no questions asked. Beyond the first session, all sales are final unless otherwise specified. Exceptions may be made at the sole discretion of TraderMind Solutions.

Scheduling

All coach sessions must be paid in full prior to scheduling. Coaching sessions are billed per 1 hour based on the selected tier chosen by the client. In the event of a chargeback the scheduled session will be immediately forfeited, and rescheduling will require a full repayment and the next available session. If a chargeback occurs after a session is completed, an additional $45 fee will be assessed, and future bookings may be denied at our discretion until payment is received.

TraderMind Solutions does not guarantee any improvement or success regarding individual results or outcomes. Success in trading, mindset, or any other area depends on numerous personal factors. Coaching is a supportive tool, not a guarantee of performance, profits, or outcomes.

Coaching services are not a substitute for licensed therapy, psychiatric services, or medical treatment. If you are experiencing mental health symptoms or a crisis, please consult a licensed healthcare provider or contact emergency services immediately.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TraderMind Solutions shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services. In no event shall our liability exceed the total amount paid by you for coaching services.

We expect all clients to engage respectfully and professionally. TraderMind Solutions reserves the right to terminate any session or ongoing relationship due to harassment, abusive language, disruptive behavior, or unethical conduct. Refunds will not be issued in such cases.

Intellectual Property

All coaching tools, materials, resources, and session content are the intellectual property of TraderMind Solutions. Clients may not reproduce, share, distribute, teach, or sell any content without express written permission.

By using our website, scheduling a session, or making a payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes will be handled exclusively in the appropriate courts of Pennsylvania.
