Session Overview & Policies
Each session is a private 1-hour coaching call dedicated to you — your trading psychology, mindset, habits, and emotional patterns. We’ll uncover what’s keeping you stuck and build real structure around your growth. Whether you’re just starting your self-awareness journey or deep into inner work, each session is tailored to your experience level, goals, and pace.
Booking & Payment Policy
All sessions must be paid in full before scheduling. At checkout, you’ll select your coaching tier. Once payment is complete, you’ll be able to book a time that works best for you.
Disputes & Chargebacks
In the rare event of a payment dispute (such as a chargeback), the scheduled session will be forfeited, and full repayment will be required to rebook. If a chargeback occurs after a session is completed, a $45 administrative fee will apply, and future coaching may be paused until resolved.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
Life happens — and flexibility matters. You can reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours in advance via email or the scheduling platform (if available).
Cancellations within 24 hours or missed sessions are considered non-refundable unless otherwise approved.

A: While trading experience helps, our sessions are best suited for traders who've spent at least a few months in the market — those who understand the basics but feel stuck, frustrated, or unable to stay consistent. If you've been trading and know what to do, but keep struggling to do it — you're exactly who this is for.
Q: What if I need cancel my session and reschedule? A: You can cancel your session at any time, but we do require at least 24 hours’ notice to issue a full refund. If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled session, it will be considered non-refundable. You’re always welcome to reschedule at the next available time slot that works for you.
Q: How do I know which coaching tier is right for me? A: If you’re just starting out with mindset work, the Foundation Session is a great place to begin. Want personalized insight into your trading habits and psychology? Go In-Depth. Ready to explore how your core personality and deeper patterns affect your trading? The Precision Session (our advanced tier) is for you.
Q: Can I change tiers at any time, or do I have to stick with the same one? A: Yes — all tiers are fully interchangeable. You’re building a relationship with your coach, so your session can be tailored to whatever you’re working on at the time. Want to review your trades and strategy? Go with a Deep Dive. Need to work through a mental block? Book a Foundation. Ready to unpack deeper patterns and mindset conditioning? Precision is the move. You have flexibility — just choose the tier that fits your current needs.
Q: What if I don’t have a trading journal or software? A: That’s okay. We’ll still go deep into your mindset, habits, and emotional responses in the market. If you’re not journaling yet, we’ll help you get started with a structure that fits your style and goals.
Q: What if I just need one session to get clarity — is that okay? A: Absolutely. There’s no pressure to commit long-term. Whether you're stuck in a rut, need a quick reset, or want a fresh perspective, a single session can still provide major clarity and traction.
